Overview
About Me
I'm a German-Canadian girl, who loves language, music, art and many other things!!
Having lived in Germany, Canada, Portugal and now Japan, I have developed a passion for learning new languages!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I feel that through couchsurfing, people can share and learn a lot about each others cultures and experience things, they would not be able to experience, just coming as a Tourist.
My goal is to better understand the culture of a country through connecting to locals, make friends, but also being able to teach something about my own culture, share about my experience, and helping anywhere I can!

Music, Movies, and Books
I pretty much hear every kind of music, from Jazz to classical music, and I love film soundtracks! I‘m not a big movie watcher, but I like Studio Ghibli movies and some science fiction! Please recommend me good movies!!
I used to be a big Harry Potter/The Lord of the Rings - Nerd, (and I still am in the bottom of my heart), but I like to read all kinds of genres, from fantasy to historical romans !
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I climbed the Mt Fuji, the highest mountain in Japan to see the sunrise from the top!!!
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to make music, and I'm not picky when it comes to instruments! Recently I started to teach myself some piano!
I also like drawing, and handlettering and I’m kind of a language and linguistic nerd and we can practise German, English, French and even Portuguese and Japanese if you want!!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer you my company, stories of my travels, conversations, playing games, pratising languages, making music,...
I can share my travel stories, and I love to hear about others and inspire and being inspired by others!!
I can of course help with the housework, cooking, etc.
