About Me
Hello Everyone!
My name is Julia, I am 32, live in Budapest, Hungary. After 31 years I have realized I have yet to discovered Mother Earth over my surroundings and it is time to risk my comfort by travel to all the places I have only dreamt of.
I am in love with Indian culture, currently learning about Buddhism and learning Hindi. My next trip will be to Asia, first time ever. Will visit Thailand and India in December-January and looking for local hosts to enjoy the full experience and essence of these gorgeous places and gain new friends.
I have started to host ladies across the globe this year through a Facebook group and now I would like to expand my view on this hosting thing by giving Couchsurfing a chance after so many recommendations about it.
I love pets, kids, not a problem. I am not a smoker, not really a drinker, unless we need to celebrate, I cook and eat well, if I need to eat vegetarian it is completely fine with me.
I am a silly goofy person who love to laugh and share, but also very much open to have serious deep talks on basically anything.
Look forward meeting you❤️🙏🏻 Namaste
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I would like to experience travelling a way which is more connected to the culture and the people of the places I visit. The best way to achieve that is to be able to look into the lives of locals and live with them for a brief period of time, getting involved in the everyday essence of the country..

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: everything, but mainly pop
Movies? Again, various taste with the exception of anything scary. I love romcoms and documentaries the most. My fave movies are The curious case of Benjamin Button, Slumdog Millionare and Pretty Woman
Books: Now I am into books about entrepreneurship, but when it comes to fiction Lois Lowry is my favourite writer.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Bargained so hard in the souks of Marrakesh that I was offered a handshake after the deal by the shop owner telling me I bargain like a local woman👌🏻🙏🏻
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Hungarian and English:) Or arts, well, rather how not to care about the usual perception of arts and open your heart to be poured onto a canvas, a piece of paper or a dance. Art has no rules. I am also an organization ninja and declutter maniac. “Use things and love people because the other way never works”/The Minimalists/
What I Can Share with Hosts
My silly stories. I am not sure what to write here.
