About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Trying to understand this strange invention called human being
ABOUT ME
Open minded, easy going, funny and sometimes a bit crazy but nevertheless reliable and caring.
I love to go out, to eat good food, to have a great time with others. I can be a good listener as well as a joker.
I also love to discover what life has to offer and I feel a profound respect towards nature and all its miracles and wonders.
PHILOSOPHY
Enjoy life. Have a look around. There are so many things to be seen and discovered. So many people walk around, living their lives dull, unhappy and blind. Smile to a complete stranger from time to time if you feel like doing so. They will probably smile back or be totally surprised. Try to have an eye for the small things in life. Keep in mind what is important and treat others as you want to be treated!! Don't get me wrong: I'm no full-time-optimist and I know that life can be a b****. But try to prevent that bitterness and frustration dominate your time here - you have only this one chance.. Never stop trying to broaden your horizons!!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I would like to travel around, meeting people and trying to make them feel good in my company. Sharing stories and memories and creating new memories to make life more fun and exciting. Later on I would love to host as well - to give something back to this great project..
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I don't have any CouchSurfing experience. But I'm about to change this!
Interests
Great movies, wonderful landscapes, intriguing conversations. I love to see beautiful, interesting or fascinating things. I enjoy to meet new people and discover foreign places. I like to go out and spend the whole night having fun.
Art, literature, music, travelling, all ways of being creative and open-minded can create new perspectives and I love to get influenced by things and people that are passionate and good in what they're doing..

Music, Movies, and Books
I love movies with great costume design, authentic characters and an absorbing tale. Some of my all time favorites are "Bram Stokers Dracula", "Dangerous liaisons", "Léon", nearly all pixar-movies and many many more. I'm an absolute cineaste. Did you ever see "Defendor" with Woody Harrelson?
I love pretty heavy music with lots of guitars and drums and voice and.. Well you know what I mean. Phil Anselmo with Pantera or Down are one of my favourites right now, but I also love the Foo Fighters for example. Or the old stuff of Portishead, Nine inch nails, I like Bloc Party, I like old-school-HipHop such as the Gravediggaz or more quiet music like Tori Amos - I don't know, all kinds of. But somehow I'm a bit stuck in the 90s. Lots of the bands I like had their best musical output in the middle of that decade.. But of course there are a lot of interesting new musicians too..
I love Banksy. At least his street-artist-things. "Exit through the gift shop" was a great movie, because it showed how all the ideals he and his comrades had at the very beginning are now with the huge success sold and used in order to make money.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The blinking Eiffeltower. The ocean. First snowfall in a clear and stary night. Seeing my kittens grow up.

I'm a dressmaker. I could show someone how to sew and work with fabrics.
