ABOUT ME

i would describe myself as an openminded, extroverted and curious person. i really like to travel and "take a break" from my normal life home in austria and spend some time abroad. since now i've lived in south italy (eboli, near salerno) for half a year doing the european voluntary service. and in umeå (northern sweden) to study one year abroad. quite funny: southern italy and northern sweden!at the edges of europe. ;)

PHILOSOPHY

i try not to worry about something in the future that i can't predict or influence yet anyway.

i have both couchsurfed on my own and hosted people here in salzburg.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i did my first couchsurfing experiences while travelling interrail from austria to northern sweden. i stayed at couch surfers in malmö, gothenburg and stockholm. i was amazed by the hospitality i experienced!

i'm an art teacher in textile and wood/metal design. i'm really happy that i could choose an education that also has to do with one of my greatest passions: art, being creative, sew my own clothes, building own furniture,..
besides that, i really love music! i love to play the guitar, the piano and to sing!
reading, spending time with friends & family and yoga are just one of my other passions.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

my best experience with couchsurfing was when me and my boyfriend helped an american guy to propose to his girlfriend. he planned a surprisetrip to europe for her and wanted to propose to her in salzburg. they stayed at our place and we helped him a little bit. in the end she said yes and now they are married. it was so great to be a part of their lovestory.
