Совсем недавно перебралась в Сочи, навсегда или на время - кто знает :)

I practice kundalini yoga and I'll be happy to share my knowledge about it or get something new. I also try to follow healthy way of life, mostly it's about a food. But don't worry I'm not crazy yoga-healthyfood-holic :)

I'm both introvert and extravert. Sometimes I like chattering non-stop and I feel full of energy. But sometimes there are also silence moments when I enjoy myself and don't want to be very emotional and active.
So, that's why I also promise to pay attention to your mood and try to adopt it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Interaction with residents it's a great experience which you'd never get staying in hostels and just walking by yourself. It helps to absorb atmosphere, habits and emotions of a new place. To know more about a history and current situation. This is important. And I really enjoy it.
