我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I think that the best way to really see other culture is pretending to be a citizen for a while. Wake up early in the morning, see people going to work, eat lunch in a small caffee on some narrow street, buy local newspaper and visit some usual supermarket.
Unfortunately, there's no travel-guides about all that stuff, so I'd appreciate some tips from a real citizen.

Music: 30STM, Guano Apes, Korn, Disturbed, Casa Murilo, Apocalyptica, Placebo, Dune, Explosions in the Sky, Broods, etc. (this list is endless, really).
Movies: All about Lily Chou-Chou, Idiocracy, V for Vendetta, Inside I'm dancing, Inception, Interstellar, all the animated movies by Pixar.
Books: I like non-fiction actually, something like "Tipping point" by M.Gladwell or "Confessions of an Economic Hit Man" by J.Perkins.

I'm traveling alone. Not sure if it's amazing for others but it sure feels amasing for me.

Just a place to stay. That's all I can give right now. 'Cause I can't really show you around or cook something local for you. But when I was traveling "just a place to stay" was good enough for me :)
