ABOUT ME

after graduating in the netherlands i moved to Berlin and started a master's program in east european studies. now, after one year i am still enjoying my studies and especially the city.....:)

generally i believe it's better to meet then trying to explain 'all about you' ;) but to sum it up: i am open minded, funny, like to go out/meet friends, and always up for a new challenge and my major interest is listening music

PHILOSOPHY

it is very difficult to answer this question but maybe a motto will do as well:

no risk no fun and take it easy

- i believe people should always try new stuff and gather new insights, however, i am not a supporter of crazy new sports with the risk of death if you know what i mean..........but simply the attitude of living life to the fullest

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

friends of mine told me about it (who had great experiences..) and i like the concept a lot........and ever since i started surfing i gathered awesome experiences of my own! later when i also hosted the experience became even better...... and ever since then i never stopped ;)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i have surfed some couches now and it was always great :) i met many very nice people, saw different intresting places and generally the possibility to get to know a place with "local information" is amazing
for instance submarine or under the earth pubs ;)
hosting is also great fun because its always great to show the nice places of your city....of course apart from the fact that you always meet very interesting people

Interests

music, traveling, culture, history especially of eastern europe...... and clothes ;)

generally i prefer to be outside than inside! which may change in the winter months....................since i basically mean things like bycicle, barbecue, swimming, beachvolleyball, simply laying in the sun, camping.....

if its getting cold outside, i enjoy a good book and a nice indoors party..hihi...

most likely i watch comedies or tv series.... my current favorite: modern family
and my all time favorite: friends

if i ever watch movies i like biographies, such as "when you're strange", or movies like factory girl, studio 54....

i listen to different kind of music, but my all time favorite: modest mouse

and to give an impressin of my interest: bonaparte, paris combo,fm belfast, bloodgroup, xx, bikini machiene, datarock, metronomy,thelma and clyde, digitalism,pan pot,tiefschwarz .......

generally i like books from:m.kundera, r.shamir, p.coehlo,h.murakami,
and lately: siddharta by h.hesse, berlin blues by s.regener
