HER:I am an easy going person, I get along well with most people, am keen on new experiences and travelling, meeting new people.

HIM: Journalist, writer and musician with a keen interest in traditional cultures. Avid reader and traveler with the result be an acute curiosity for people and places, liberal thinking and so forth.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

HER: At the moment I do not have a fixed home address, so am unable to provide a couch, however, once I resettle back in Australia after 12 years of being away, I will be an active couch provider !

HIM: In the same boat, a forthcoming trip home to Australia (via the USA where we hope to initiate ourselves in couchsurfing) we will endeavour to be couch providers of the highest order.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

HER: Floated down the Nam Song river in Laos in an inner tyre tube. Slept under the stars on a raft in Kanchanaburi.

HIM: Don't really think in these terms, but maybe camel-trekked through the Sahara... or interviewed some illustrious people.

Teach, Learn, Share

HER: I can teach you how to do a sun salutation from Ashtanga yoga philosophy.

HIM: Hmm, can teach guitar, mandolin and ukulele and open people up to a world of new music.
