About Me

Hi, nice to meet you!

My name is Julia. I am a 27 year old design student, photographer and videographer, a traveler and aspiring
vanlifer! I recently started my own business (www.juliaadinda.com) and am working towards a Digital Nomad lifestyle. I love spending time in nature, going to musea, walk around the park or just meet for a cup of tea.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've been curious about other ways of living life ever since I was a child. Now that I'm older I get to go out, see and experience the many ways of life! I've never tried CouchSurfing, but it seems to be a great way to meet people and get to know different cultures. Looking forward to my first experience :)

Interests

I'm very interested in environmental topics and try to live a low impact lifestyle. I know traveling is not necessary one of the habits to reduce your footprint, but my soul is craving life and I have yet to find another way to silence this longing :p It's easy for me to feel low on energy, but traveling is the best way to recharge!

I love reading about spirituality and try to incorporate the teachings as daily practices. Learning about spirituality is also learning about love and energy and I can't imagine a better way to put this to practice than to travel and experience other cultures. The thing about immersing yourself in a culture different than your own is that it will open your eyes to all the little things you assumed to be normal. Life can be done a million ways and all of them hold pieces to self growth and awareness.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived in Finland for half a year, and got to experience the crazy cold, but so beautiful winter over there! The snow covered forests were something straight out of a fairytale. While living in Finland I had the opportunity to spend the summer in Berlin, for an internship with the Mustards (social media influencers). I followed my guts and had the best time in Berlin!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you anything about photography or editing, but we can also do some yoga classes together or just share a good meal and interesting conversations.

I'm interested to learn about your culture, your favourite places and just general life experiences :)
