ABOUT ME
What friends say about me:
"Julia, I love your infectuous enthusiasm"
"I know how you are. You're like a squirrel on speed. In an adorable way."
This should give you a first impression^^
I'm afraid I'm really bad at describing myself but on the other hand, isn't is much better to meet people in person rather than getting to know them just from an online profile?
Anyway, if you wanna know some more about the things I care about, have a look at my blog :)

Interests
Art. Music. Talking. Writing. Cooking. Baking. Being outside. Dancing. Sunshine. Friends. Playgrounds.
That's the short version. There's nothing as great as meeting friends, cooking together, having a glass of red wine, philosophing about the world or just talking gibberish and nonsense. And then going out, enjoying life, dancing the night away, discovering the world!!!

Music, Movies, and Books
A lot!! Honestly, you wouldn't wanna read that much and I'm too lazy to write it down - but we can talk about that as soon as we meet - and I promise, there is plenty to talk about! ;)Be aware: I'm not bound to genres.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Working in a theatre!!
Apart from that:
- cycling from Freiburg, Germany to Birmingham, UK. On my own.
- realising how many people care about me when I didn't expect it but needed it the most. Friendship. Wow.
- Reading Fritz Zorn's Mars.
- Discovering Gustav Mahler's music.
Teach, Learn, Share
Aaaah, there are so many things I'd like to learn. There is so much to discover!! I'd love to learn Italian, for example. And how to play the piano properly. Or the violin. As I said - I love music.
I play the French horn, so if you wanna know the basics of the most beautiful brass instrument, I shall be delighted to give you some lessons :)
I'd also say, I'm a very decent chef, I love doing experimental cooking (as in throwing together anything you can find in fridge or cupboard and somehow make it taste good) and my friends and flatmates love my homemade food. I love cooking for and with other people and I am always keen on sharing and learning recipes from your country and/or culture!!
According to friends, I'm a decent reader and I really enjoy it! Give me some hot chocolate or red wine or both, a cosy couch and a blanket and I'll be a life-audiobook :D
