Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I started using CS when I first set off on my first-ever solo trip. I can't imagine what it would have been like without it- well probably much colder and more lonely hey! I met some of the most incredible, fascinating, caring and welcoming people through CS and want to keep it going!
I also like to think that everyone we cross paths with, we meet for a reason and there is always something to give, to gain and to learn.
When traveling, I want to gain the most authentic experience of the place, and I believe the locals are the best people to guide me in that direction! :) And although meeting fellow travelers is nice, I like to spend time with the locals, learning about their hometowns and culture and all that jazz..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Volunteered on a small island in Borneo, helping rebuild the underwater ecosystem by planting coral. And got to spend many many hours underwater as a result mermaiding!
