Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
searching for what chinese people have in their heart with chopsticks!!
ABOUT ME
When I was a child, I could spend 7 days laying on my bed eyes closed, not sleeping but thinking (only during the holidays of course). That is why I have accumulated so much energy to bite the world now!
I went to CS because I am in Beijing for one year, and I want to meet people there. If you are really interested in knowing Beijing chinese people like me, we could do that together. Or if you are a Chinese CouchSurfer, whaoh, I want to know you! And if you just want to discover Beijing by yourself and need a couch, it's okay then!
I am learning chinese really hard, by myself, whith the help of a method, a CD, and a chinese nice friend. I began three weeks ago, when I arrived in Beijing, and my mission is to speak fluent chinese in a six months, so that I will be able to enjoy communicating with people the last six months!!
The amount of foreign countries where I have been has more the width of an ant than an elephant, but the deepness of friendships I have developed there can not be compared to anything. I don't mind of having a lot of friends all around the world, but I mind about having them for real. But don't be afraid: I can be just funny also :P
PHILOSOPHY
Fonce dans le mur, on verra après ce qu'il y a derrière (go through the wall, you will see after for what is hidden)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I hope to find nice girls/guys here in Beijing, I want to know this city, every corner you like, please make me discover here. I am only here for one year, I have to hurry up! And then I really want to learn chinese language and cooking!!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My roomate was a couchsurfeur so we received some CS at home, this year.
Interests
I play rugby (like Amercian soccer but... French :P ), and LOVE that, the grass, the sun, the dyrtiness. I used to play the flute, in a jazz brassband, and would enjoy so much to find one in Beijing!
I would like learning how to cook chinese food.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Decide to go work in China without speaking the language, no experience work, and being not paid.
Teach, Learn, Share
SHARE: They are a lot of stupid explanations about why chinese people have slanting eyes. My explanation is that they often laugh, because they have this kind of philosophy of being happy whatever happens. I want to share with you everything which makes your own eyes slanting!
TEACH: English, French, swimming, mathematics, rugby, how to make a CV and a cover letter, how tu put your contact lenses, how to communicate with your hands and your smile when you don't speak the same language, the flute, theorical music, how to see without glasses even you are short-sighted, make you know that you are beautiful even you currently don't think so, how that works between two women, how to resist the temptation to light a cigarette at 8 am, ... Trying to find other things... come back on profile to see if I have added some new things :P !
LEARN: CHINESE!!! Ho yeah, in one year (May of 2011) I will speak fluently chinese, that's my aim!
And chinese cooking because I really like chinese food. But if you do cooking from another country, go ahead, I will glad to learn it too! Sorry, the only French cooking I know is eggs on a plate... shame on me yeah.
