One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Climbed some nice mountains in the Alps, learnt from Indian farmers starting to regain their independence over the farm with healthy, sustainable soils, woofed in Italy on an olive farm listening to farmer stories

I am happy to exchange recipes (currently my newest passion is fermenting but also my 30y old sourdough starter for great rye bread if anybody is interested), go running together (am currently training for a trailrun), offer some of my cooking skills or just talk away about the world.
