About Me

CURRENT MISSION

trying to catch the sun!

ABOUT ME

Recently i'm studying and trying to engage into some projects, especially connected with NGOs. Sometimes i'm moody, but a bar of chocolate solves that problem. I'd like to travel more and by doing that - get inspired.

PHILOSOPHY

still in progress.
but recently the phrase "i have a dream" dominated my thoughts.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Friend of mine told me about CS and her great experiences with that way of travelling, so I decided to try it myself.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm a freshman here, but hope I could engage more - it seems to be a great fun!

Interests

NGOs, cultural anthropology, user experience, krav-maga, new technologies and their impact on society, laughing a lot, social psychology and so on

Music, Movies, and Books

movies: works of Lars von Trier (like "Breaking the Waves"); Control; Leon; Once; Karamazovi; Singin' in the rain; The Wall and lots, lots of movies that i had a chance to see.

music: from classical and jazz to psychodelic rock; i love Pink Floyd, Joy Divison, Chet Baker, Philipe Glass, Beirut or Led Zeppelin.

books: especially of Haruki Murakami's and Fiodor Dostoyevski's; unfortunatelly, i have not enough time to read a lot :(

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

exploring Zofiówka - the ruins of old hospital near Warsaw; getting on the roof of some of high building in the centre of Warsaw (amazing view); riding a bike without brakes and without knowing it; being enclosed in a soap bubble; playing badminton in a train; go against the grain at IKEA; survived Woodstock Festival... and wanna go back again! :)

- in general: i'm trying to have fun from every little thing
