About Me

I just graduated from a small university about an hour outside of Chicago, which is pretty exciting and then I'm headed for grad school in the fall! I'm outgoing, open-minded, and a fun loving person who's always willing to try new things! I love traveling and meeting new people. I studied abroad Spring of 2014 for about four months in Cambridge, England, and also went back for a trip last spring! Although it was awhile ago, it was the most amazing time of my life and has been the source of most of my travel experience! I love coffee, music, concerts, meeting new people, and laughing!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meeting and learning about new people. Couchsurfing is a great way to stay in a new city and get a local's perspective and advice on the best places to go aside from the touristy spots.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is very important to me and love going to concerts and festivals.

Glass Animals, Tame Impala, Vampire Weekend, Young The Giant, Two Door Cinema Club, The 1975, Cage The Elephant, Foster The People, The Vaccines, Walk The Moon, The Killers, Queen, Billy Joel, Mister Wives, and many others!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I've done thus far is study abroad in Cambridge, England for four months. It taught me a lot about myself and I grew as a person while there. Living on my own in a foreign environment was amazing and I loved going out and exploring not only Cambridge but also London and other places throughout England and Europe.

A more up to date answer is graduating college! It was a crazy four years but I learned a lot.
