ABOUT ME

Life is a gift, so I try to enjoy :) I love to eat, especially together with friends, have beers, going to museums, the theatre... and I love football, allez l'OM!!! I also love the nature and the forest (as I come from the Black Forest), going for a hike, swimming in a river at summer time, being active or just closing my eyes enjoying the sun...

PHILOSOPHY

Let's discuss this in personal ;)! But what I can say here: I believe in the thing that people are good and that all mankind is in the end a big community and that we are all happier, if we treat each other good, if we share, if we get to know each other... sometimes real life teaches you the opposite, but projects like CS show me that maybe I am a little bit right.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Great! I always hosted friends of friends of friends... even if I haven't met them before, it was always a good experience so I thought, why not do it profesionaly ;)? My first guests where two sweet girls from Switzerland I am still in touch with, I think without CS we wouldn t have met, so yes, this page IS a GOOD thing!

I love french movies! classics like the nouvelle vague or also newer stuff, in general I am into arthouse movies. I also like to read, my favourite authors are Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Hemmingway, John Updike, Max Frisch, Elfriede Jelinek ... When it comes to music, there are really different styles of music I like, of course I am into electronic music as I live in Frankfurt ; ), but I am also really into singer songwriter e.g. Cat Power or Elliot Smith.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

hosting a concert in my bedroom (which is not that big) for around 30 people. was a lot of fun! thanks again to the wonderful musicians!

travelling some months in Central America. At some point my shoes got broken, and I just realized I don't even need shoes, I am very fine without. Best time of my life!

everytime I am in a stadium to see Olympique de Marseille play!

I think if you participate on CS, you will learn a lot just by doing so, automaticly... I mean, life is the best teacher, isn't it? But if someone wants to come to my house to teach me some yoga classes or how to roll sushi, I won't say no! ;)
