Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend recommended the community to me. I did not know that there is such a thing as couch surfing on this scale. I am on a 2000 km journey, to new shores, to a new life. I am couch surfer because I appreciate the closeness and warmth of people. I do not need an expensive hotel with golden water cisterns, I prefer to sleep with joy in a newly won friend house on the maybe actually much too small couch:)
In times of social media, more and more people are connected, but they are moving away from each other. Things like couch surfing weld together and form friendships for life.

Virtually every Star Wars novel on the market, Lord Of The Rings Trilogy, Hobbit Trilogy, movies and books, far too much to capture here :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My current trip is probably the greatest and craziest thing I've ever done. Alone on my bike to Spain, through half of Europe.

I like to hand over knowledge, sharing experiences is very important to me. Without it, I would never have come to Couchsurfing.

What can I offer hosts? In any case, a helping hand that can tackle everywhere, an open listening ear, an equally open heart and the ability to put a smile in your face. I'm really happy to meet you :)
