My name is Julian and Im a pianist currently living in Rostock in the north of Germany close to the sea. As you could guess, I love to play and enjoy music. Over the years i built up some bands with whom Im travelling around through Germany and love to come around this way. I enjoy to try out different styles, so I play mostly jazz and blues music but also classical and pop music. After five years of studying (finally finished in february this year) I got the feeling to do a short break from all this and decided to travel to New York and Jamaica together with a friend of mine (also a pianist :)
We would love to get some new inspiration, to meet interesting people and enjoy our time over sea.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to meet up with different people. Couchsurfing is a nice opportunity to stay with locals and learn about the country. The other way around Im enjoying to host people and show them around my place. Its a nice way to exchange experience.
