Overview
About Me
Philosophy student (into aesthetics, contemporary continental philosophy, Heidegger, and also traditional asian thought - looking forward to learn tons -). Read a lot. Fan of outdoors; camping and the likes. Love wandering about. Have travelled along South America and Europe. Interested in all kind of folklores, tradition, history, popular practices. For Japan in particular, i'm into bushido, buddhism and literature.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I signed up to couchsurfing looking towards my visit to Japan this July. I'll be staying in Tokio for a week by myself and I'd like the full experiencie: to live with a local.
I'm afraid that my time in japan will be poorly administrated without some orientation. I'm not looking for a guide or a babysitter, so don't worry, but having the possibility to share thoughts and doubts with a local would be actually amazing. I'm always looking for a sense of community/belonging; meeting people is the highlight and above-all objective of traveling. Besides, there's nothing like the help of locals to get a good grip on a place, especially where the language division is so striking. I'm genuinly scared that my unfamiliarity with Japanese and limited access to technology will weigh heavily on my overall advantage of the trip! Its probably a once-in-a-life-time experiencia (because of $$) and I've only got 1 week, so I need to make the most of it!!!

Music, Movies, and Books
A list of things:
Piazzolla, Atahualpa Yupanqui, Charly García (the best for each genre in argentinian music).
Fishmans, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Roberto Bolaño, Neil Young, The Smiths, just to name a few.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Slept in an abandoned building in the middle of the Uyuni Salt-sea. Try to be a good boi every day.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Can wash dishes, swipe floors, and the likes (Everything at night, i wouldn't want to miss part of my scarce amount of days in Tokio working).
