I'm an open-minded person who is a good sport for most of the time. As I am really interested in getting to know different places and cultures I like travelling all around the world a lot. Therefore, gaining as much intercultural experience as possible is one of my goals just like enjoying the positive aspects life offers.

However, I've made different experiences about couchsurfing: In the past years lots of foreign athletes (mainly Czech and Polish guys) slept at my flat for a couple of nights when there was a training camp or match day. Additionally, a friend and I have just spent (summer 2015) an awesome Europe trip where we were mainly hosted in a comfortable and nice atmosphere. Consequently, I'd like to keep up getting to know many more places and people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Certainly, travel is more than the seeing of sights and wonderful places all around the world. Getting into contact with people from different cultures is another important step in the process of travelling in order to understand their way of thinking, behaviors or lifestyle.
Thus, I'd like to experience how people of other countries / areas / regions / cultures live and whether there are similarities anf differences or not.

Interests

Watching and practising all kinds of sports (soccer, table tennis, handball, fitness, ball games in general ...), listening to music, reading (all kinds of news and reports on the internet or good (!) English novels) and hanging out and debatting on various topics controversially are among those kinds of activities I ususally do.
