About Me
I’ve recently finished a dive season in Thailand with my partner and am lucky enough to get to do more travelling.
In my former life in the US I was a trauma nurse who travelled the states partner dancing.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm traveling quite a bit. CS provides an awesome opportunity to meet new people and experience the local scene. Many people have been kind enough to open their home to me when I'm traveling and I couldn't be more thankful.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Anything I can dance to. Lake Street Dive, Alabama Shakes, and Damien Rice are often playing in my home.
Movies: Frida, Rocky Horror Picture Show
Books: I just read Windup Girl and loved it. Early Chuck Palahniuk.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Decided to leave a life and community I love to chase my need for adventure and challenges. I'm taking a break from nursing in the US and exploring the world as a dive instructor.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share so much about diving!!
I love teaching and sharing my knowledge/skills. Random skills I can share: I can spin yarn, use a pottery wheel, and I have mad organizing skills.
I love learning to cook new dishes and cuisines.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Cooking. I love to cook and consider myself more than decent.
Dancing! I really enjoy sharing my love of partner dancing and am always happy to provide a lesson or two.
An appreciation for the local scene. Please take me to your favorite haunts!!
