Overview
About Me
very easy going and relaxed! always down to see interesting things and have fun :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really enjoy travelling and I find that the best part of travel is meeting interesting people. A city or place would be nothing without people :) it also helps a lot to have someone to show you the good places to go in an unfamiliar city
Interests
My main hobby is music, especially playing guitar and singing. I enjoy playing at open mics and sharing music with people who appreciate it. I enjoy all sorts of creative things like art and writing, despite the fact that I am not particularly skilled at any of it :) everyones an artist at heart right? I spend a fair amount of time trying to keep my clothes from falling apart instead of buying new ones. I love being outside, whether thats in the city or in nature, especially the sea. Cooking is a particularly important hobby because you (hopefully) get a tasty fruit from your labour. I like to experiment with cooking and I will try any new food as long as its not meat (and even then I may try a small bit if it looks really good)

Music, Movies, and Books
i play guitar (mostly folk ish stuff), but I will listen to anything. I love to read both fiction and non-fiction, as long as it sounds interesting to me. If I finish a book during my stay I like to trade books with people. I enjoy films but I don't watch them much because I don't have a TV or any streaming services, I like Studio Ghibli and the Coen Brothers a lot.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
-Hitchhiked from Wales to Scotland to work the Fringe festival
-Moved to New York for 4 months because Empire State of Mind came on when I was in the club
-conquered my fear of playing guitar for other people
-swam in bioluminescence in Cornwall
hoping to expand this list in the future
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach : I don't really know about this, maybe some recipes i guess
Learn : absolutely anything, I always want to learn new things, skills, information
Share : conversation, food, music (if you have a guitar i can share my playing, otherwise i have a lot of good recommendations in every genre and I always love to listen to other people play or get new music to listen to)
What I Can Share with Hosts
good conversation and stories, and a drink or 2, I'm a good cook also
