Hi guys,
I am Julian and I am 27 years old. I come from a small town in the south west of Germany (Baden) close to to Swiss and French boarder. I studied biochemistry in Tübingen. After finishing my bachelors I started to earn some money for an intership in the peruvian rainforest. I worked in a NGO in the field of environmental protection and had a lot of fun and enjoyed working for this really important topic. Therefore I decided to continue my studies with a master in sustainability science in Lüneburg, where I live now :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A few years ago I started to travel to several countries in the world (mainly europe). I love travelling and meeting new people living in the places we go to. It is always a big experience talking to locals who totally know the place and learing about their culture and stuff. Also it is always great getting some advices and learing about secret spots only locals know :)

I already had Couchsurfing experiences in Berlin, Tübingen, Düsseldorf, Lüneburg, Amsterdam and Peru :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Normally I listen to electronic music like Techno and House, but I also like some Rock and Hip-Hop.

My favourite movies are thrillers like the Silence of the Lambs, Shutter Island and Inception. But I also like other movies like Lord of the Rings or comedies.

I like reading books. My favourites are The Revenant and The Alchimist.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing things I've done are bungee juming, paragliding and camping in the peruvian rainforest for several days including the awesomeness of nature and wild animals like pumas, parrots and monkeys.
