Hi, I'm Julian, 24, born and raised in the very West of Germany, in the beautiful city of Aachen. Currently I live and study in Düsseldorf.

Until now I've been more of a cityhopper, visiting mostly European cities since I have lots of family all over Europe.
Now I really would like to broaden my horizon and get to know some more (culturally) distant places. Still I think getting in touch with locals is the key to experience a place in its entirety. It's a thing I treasure.

Got lots of travelling plans for the future. Will be in Sri Lanka in February and March.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because travelling alone is far worse than travelling with friends! Or than making new friends by surfing couches ;)
