About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My 'current mission' is essentially avoiding real life, jobs commitment etc. Whilst also seeing some cool places...
After spending 4 months travelling around India with my girlfriend, we got jobs teaching English in China.

So we have been living in Nanchong, Sichuan for the past 4 months teaching at a university. (And learning some Chinese)

Now we have just about finished and are going to spend a few weeks seeing some of China. As ever, being shown the 'real China' by the local residents is best. So if anyone is willing to put us up (floors are fine) or recommend some of your favourite places to visit that would be really helpful!

ABOUT ME

After finishing school I spent a year working and travelling before heading off to university. My travels saw me couch surfing and hostelling in the East African region which was incredibly interesting and fun.

Last year I finished university and I'm trying to see some more of the world. I spent 4 months travelling round India, mostly just to eat the food.

Now I haven't been on couchsurfing for a while but have been meaning to do more of it since everyone on here is always so interesting.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Of course the only way to discover the true nature of a country is to stay with locals! How else would you find out where the best place to get a beer is...

In the future of course I would love to host people. Currently living between student halls and a family home means this is not possible.
