Dear Couchsurfing Community,

the world is too small and life is too short, so let's get out and meet up, share moments and future memories!

Currently a student of environmental and earth sciences I want to use the time and see many other places of this wonderful planet we call home. En passant I would love to meet lots of fellow earthlings, hear their stories and thoughts.

It would be great to get to know you as well, maybe surfing your couch, showing you my hometown, or getting to know yours.

兴趣

I studied philosophy and politics for a year and am still very enthusiastic about both, especially philosophy of science and ontology. My parents are musicians, so I grew up with classical music and learnt to play classical guitar and singing.

音乐、电影和书籍

As a son of two musicians I am quite a geek when it comes to music. I love classical music but also enjoz jazz, rock, pop and even electronic music to some degree. Most importantly I think music is more than spectator sport, so I love to make music myself, singing, playing guitar, trumpet or whatever else can be used as an instrument. I am not an expert when it comes to movies, but I like to watch movies with a good plot, which excludes 99% of blockbusters. Eastern European movies are always interesting with a certain edge.
Just as with movies, I love books with a great storyline and interesting character development. When I was younger I cherished John Irving's books. Nowadays I don't really have a favourite author.

Deciding to move into a house with six of my best friends, renovating the flat and living together with them for two wonderful years.

I love cooking and dining together. Besides sharing food and drinks I want to exchange good stories. I can teach some German and English, a little bit of history of western philosophy and music. Always eager to see, hear and learn other perspectives on almost everything I am happy to share my own.
