About Me
English
After spending several years travelling in Australie, Asia and Argentina, I am now living in the French Alps. I have worked in a garden center and have recently got back to working in thermal building engineering.
I have very much enjoyed my experiences of Couchsurfing in different countries and I now wish to travel with my family (Anna, Jeanne and I).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm taking every opportunity to meet new people and to chat with foreigners.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've been couchsurfing in Brazil, Russia and Australia and every time it's been a great pleasure and a source of eternal memories :)
Interests
My range of interests is large, (maybe too large for the time I have!)
For example, before beginning travelling, I was part of a Gospel band, taking theatre courses, practicing Yoga and dancing Salsa.
In australia I've added surfing and meditating to my interests.
I'm also interested in photography.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love historical movies like Forrest Gump, Good morning English, Schindler's list, as well as movies from different part of the world like Once upon a time in Anatolia (Turkish), Head on (Turkish), Old boy (Corean), Xcanul (Guatemala).
Regarding books, I tend to read things I don't know about, like philosophical topics, historical and a few novels as well.
My music are quite large, I basically tend to find interesting things in every genre. Punk is quite hard to listen to for me though.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Taking the Transiberian train on my own to Siberia for 2 weeks was quite an adventure. Especially when you decide to stay at a local's home who can't speak a word of English.
Teach, Learn, Share
These days I would say that what I feel like teaching is Yoga basics (I recently went to India to learn this). But obviously French is another thing I can teach as well as English.
I also taught myself simple 3 balls juggling and can teach you in an hour.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Cooking has always been a pleasure of mine, I think my Mum managed to give me the sense of french cuisine and I love adding some new ideas to classical recipes. And if there are drums around I'm always keen to have a go.
