ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Julian from Mallorca, while I live in Barcelona doing my PhD (now finishing it, thank's God!!). Personally, as you may know, it is difficult to describe one self... The best I can say is that I'm a trusty and friendly guy, that loves traveling and meet people around different countries.

PHILOSOPHY

Be proud of your challenges and believe on them, therefore you will obtain profit of it. That's something that I personally try to follow always in the life.

I think this is a really interesting and promising project, in which I would like to be more involved in. At the moment I can show the city where I live (Barcelona) and guide a bit to the people who are interested in knowing interesting topics from Barcelona

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My short experience in CouchSurfing has been really amazing. I really would like in the future to enlarge my experience in this very nice project.

Interests

I am really interest in science, that's a very important part of my life. I love travelling, and unfortunately I don't have so much time to do it, but always I have a couple of free days or one free week, I try to organize a trip. Also, maybe as a child, I love airplanes and computerized flight simulators, anyone wants to fly? :D

Music, Movies, and Books

I love classical music, but also other styles of music such as Muse and Queen. I like to start a radio on-line and discover new groups and styles of music.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I moved to Barcelona... what a lovely city... One amazing view, are the Alps from the airplanes, they just never end. Also, everything I saw when I travelled to Peru was just amazing, and I keep in mind each day of that trip, even after more than 10 years!! :)

Teach, Learn, Share

We always should learn from the others, most than teaching, I prefer sharing feelings, knowledge and experiences.
