Hi there! I’m Juliana, a 25-year old lawyer working for a British law firm and living in Vila Madalena in São Paulo. No need to worry, though - I’ll avoid speaking about work at all costs as I know law can be a pretty boring topic 😬

I’m obsessed with music and podcasts and have my headphones on all the time. I’m a fan of all NY Times Podcasts (if you also like The Ezra Klein Show we’ll get along well!)

Not that this is very unique of me, but I really enjoy going to new restaurants and bars - as well as paying multiple visits to my all-time favorites! I can bring you to cais (my fav restaurant) and Santana (my fav bar) when you come to SP!

I consider myself to be an open-minded person and I love meeting new people!

Música/Music: atualmente obcecada com Japanese breakfast/I’m currently SO obsessed with Japanese Breakfast
Filmes/Movies: todos do Paul Thomas Anderson, mas principalmente Magnolia (tenho até uma tatuagem sobre de tanto que gosto)/all by Paul Thomas Anderson, but especially Magnolia (I like it so much I even got a tattoo about it)
Livros/Books: dois favoritos são Ensaio Sobre a Cegueira (Saramago) e Uma Vida Pequena (Hanya Yanagihara)/a couple of favorites are Blindness by Saramago and A Little Life by Hanya Yanagihara.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Eu passei uma semana no meio da Amazônia sem sinal de telefone ou internet, e acampei duas noites na floresta

I spent a week in the middle of the Amazon with no telephone signal or internet access and went camping there for two days in the actual forest
