Travelling means freedom, but also connection. True connection. I travel to know more about myself and about the world, to open my eyes, mind and heart. Every place and every person has something to teach me and I live to discover it. I believe that putting myself in situations out of my comfort zone makes me a better person and it is what I want the most for my life, to be better to others and help people to be better too. Also I am passionate about culture, language and arts. I love to explore!

Unhappy in a corporate life I left my job some years ago, moved and lived in California for a year and started a journey of self knowledge that opened my mind to build a healthy and balanced life, being everyday more mindful about my consumer, food, relationships, etc. I fell in love with yoga, meditation and outdoor activities - camping, hiking, etc.

This year I have been travelling NZ and everyday falling more in love with this country. The first months I spent in Albany, Auckland in a yoga retreat centre and in a organic farm in Coromandel where I lived, worked and learned more about meditation, yoga, community, connection with nature and a vegetarian lifestyle.

In my wonderful journey of learning and growing in life I am always excited about the next amazing person who will cross my path. Maybe it will be you :)
