CURRENT MISSION

I am on a journey to the West Coast with my four-year-old daughter, Luna, and three-year-old Golden Retriever, Chloe, to find a home within a thriving and artistic community. We are traveling to find home.

ABOUT ME

I am passionate about embodiment and being here on earth. I am in love with life, with essence and soul. I want, more than anything, to know the world in an intimate and beautiful way. I want to spread to others how we might all know the world in an intimate and beautiful way.

I am also a writer, a mother, a workshop facilitator, a woman on a journey to fulfillment, an artist, a dreamer, a healer, a romantic, a magical soul, a spiritual soul.

PHILOSOPHY

I live to experience this world as fully as possible. I do this through the loved ones I surround myself with, by the way I engage with life (as fully as possible), by getting up every time I fall, by opening myself up to experiences and opportunities that might seem intimidating, by practicing gratitude, by being here every moment possible.

Interests

Reading, writing (including a novel called The Moon Kissed Us Hello), dancing, nature walks, time with friends and loved ones, cooking, relaxing, singing, drinking tea, listening to music that inspires me, playing with my daughter, traveling, meeting and learning about new folks, connecting with the world as much as possible, gentleness, compassion, sweet living, slow and leisurely living.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love meeting and learning from all. There are always unexpected lessons and unexpected moments of magic and connections.

I especially love meeting folks who have learned how to be here, on earth, as embodied beings.
