ABOUT ME

Although a cliche, one of my biggest dreams has always been to travel around and get to know new places as well as the culture and people from these places.
Once it seemed a very distant dream, for reasons like money and time (I was already working and studying and thought I would never again take a break from this type of living), but now it's reality!
I got a scolarship and now I'm studying for a year in London. It's amazing! Getting to know new people and as many new places as I can, exchanging traditions and culture is an incredible experience.
Seeing this side of life made me wonder how could I get even more from this experience. And then I thought, what's the best way of imerging in a new culture than having direct contact with people who live in it? That's why I decided to join Couchsurfing.
I'm not the most extroverted and talkative person you'll know in your life but I'm friendly and I'll really do my best to be a good company :)
I'm looking for new experiences and culture exchange!!

I'm a new movie fan, meaning I don't know many movies but I'm always trying to get recommendations from my friends of something good to watch.
I'm really into music, I like listening to rock, punkrock, eletronic music and much more!
I also enjoy reading some good books. A huge fan of Harry Potter as it was my generation's bestseller, I'm looking for something as good as those seven books.

The most amazing thing in my life is happening right now, my exchange program in London.

What I have to offer is my Brazilian culture, all about food, musi, traditions and energy. Brazil is an unique country (like every country is) which I think generates interest in a lot of people. And now I know why, I've been to a few places during my exchange program and I have definetely not know anyone like a Brazilian. Of course we have our flaws, but we've got this energy and welcoming way of approaching new people and new places.

I want to learn more about the rest of the world's culture, I believe each and every population has its own way of living life, and its own qualities and flaws. It's worth it knowing not only the qualities, but also the flaws to be able to look at your own culture differently.
