About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Education.I wouldn't be so protentious as to say that I want to change the world, because I don't think I'm that smart. I do believe that Education makes people better, and better people means a better world.
ABOUT ME
Well, I love reading. Julio Cortazar is not my favorite writer, he is my "compadre", my best buddy, the only one I can have a conversation with even though he died 30 years ago. And he once said that when he was a kid he was never content with simple definitions or concepts for things. If he was told that a "table" was just this thing or that, he'd not be satisfied and he would start imagining different explanations and universes where a table was more than just a simple table. I guess I am a little bit like that, I like to be different. I like to be different at being different. So if you are an unorthodox and free spirit, then you'd understand how I am.
PHILOSOPHY
Education is what saves us from ourselves.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
surfing, hosting, teaching, showing people around. Unfortunatley the city where i live is not what you'd call turistic, so there's not a lot of CS activity around here :(
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I haven't participated in CS as much as I would have liked or wanted. I was travelling a lot around Europe and the States about 4 years ago, and that's when I participated in CS and got to meet really wonderful people. I'd say that the best travel experiences I had were with CS.
I have been working as a language teacher for some time now, and I haven't had the chance to travel as much as I'd like, but hopefully that will change.

Music, Movies, and Books
jajja not enough space in here. I like pretty much anything, but I keep the good things for me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Impossible to describe in this little box. Let's meet over a bottle of Cavernet and I'll tell you in detail.
I'm sure people would write amazing things here in their descriptions: mountains climbed, jungles crossed, concerts danced; me, I like simpler things. Debussy's Claire de Lune at 2 am, a cigarette at night with air from the Mexican Sierra in an indigenous village, a poetry book with pages torn appart. That kind of thing.
Teach, Learn, Share
Those who can, do. Those who can do really well, teach.
