We are young backpackers from Germany who are Work & travelling through New Zealand.
Who are we? To learn more about us we are going to introduce each other in the following.

Juli
Her real name is Juliane, even though she prefers to be called Juli (everyone does it). She is 19 years old but already a great artist. Besides having talent in arts she is also a great actor and singer. In her free time she enjoys kickboxing. On the weekend she teaches kids kickboxing. Juli really would love to learn is surfing. The most amazing thing about her is that she always wants to try something new, be it food or activities.

Anh Huy
Now to him! His name is Anh Huy, but you can call him also "enjoy"! ;) He isn´t from China and he doesn't eat dogs (he loves them - not eating - but having one). People tend to describe him as a very funny guy. In his free time he loves to play badminton, tabletennis and running. Besides being a sports addict he occasionaly likes to cook for him and his family. You should try his spicy chickenwraps! Maybe he can also cook for you and in return you rate his cooking skills.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We love to make the most of each experience. Travelling for us doesn´t just mean to visit the hot spots but rather to see the world by a different perspective. Therefore we want to see how locals live in their country and learn more about their culture. We hope to make friends all over the world and build up friendships that last beyond our stay.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Ate the most cheapest but greatest burger from a small shop in Shanghai.
Hated the consequences, we had the worst pain in our stomachs.
10/10, definitely would do again.

Travelled a whole month through Europe via train (Interrail). Beautiful cities, landscapes, beaches, amazing people, culture, history, 45* degrees in South Spain and glaciers at the summit of Matterhorn in just 4 weeks.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can teach you phrases in German and acting skills and would love to share our cooking recipes with you. We can teach and show you all our hobbies. Tabletennis, badminton, i think you know how to run.. , kickboxing, how to draw and dance moves.

What I Can Share with Hosts

We are very open-minded people who love to tell and hear about stories. We can tell you stories of how we travelled through major parts of the world and met people from all over the world.
