I can teach you to do a handstand if you like, how to live very healthy on a vegan diet, a bit of Yoga and breathwork, how to do a pull-up and my friends tell me I am a great motivator, so tell me what you’re working on right now and maybe I can help you! As I study sports science in Vienna I can share my knowledge about movement and why living an active and healthy life is so much more than your daily 20min of walking. Oh and I’m very interested in deep conversations about the world and spirituality and the sense of life.
