Overview
About Me
I am a friendly and open minded, spontanous person who loves to travel and to meet new people that can tell interesting stories about their lives.
At the moment I live in Cambridge in the United Kingdom because I study there. Before that I lived in Berlin for two years, a city I fell in love with and didn't stop loving until now ;-)
I am easy-going and I guess my friends would say about me that it is always fun having me around :-)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
A friend of mine told me about Couchsurfing. Unfortunately I did not have the time to try it out until now but I am curious to do so!
Interests
I am kind of a 'busy bee' and can't handle to just sit around and doing nothing. I like to organise things, whether it is a party or a holiday trip. I am a lot into sports at the moment and try out new sport activities such as Jazzercise and Zumba. I also enjoy swimming very much.
Most of my time I spend together with friends, either just talking, meeting up for a coffee, hanging around in parks, going to concerts or festivals, partying or - when I'm in a lazy mood from time to time - just watching movies.
Another hobby of mine is arts. I am a little nerdy about that and like to visit museums and exhibitions whenever possible.

Music, Movies, and Books
I listen to every kind of music as long as its good. But I'm mostly into Indie and Electro sounds, for instance bands like beat!beat!beat!, alt-j, Talking to Turtles, Benjamin Booker and DJ's like Pablo Nouvelle, Fritz Kalkbrenner, Modeselektor, ...
My favourite movie actually changes monthly because I watch a lot and often can't decide which one was the best. At the moment I would suggest that 'The theory of everything' and 'Blue Valentine' are at first place, but who knows which good movies will be released in the coming months..
My favorite books are books that are concerned with the events of WWII such as 'Anne Frank' and 'Die Bilder des Zeugen Schattmanns' as I try to understand what happend at that particular time to a lot of people.
