One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Climbed Mount Olympus in Greece - beautiful! Another thing, I won a local lip sync battle, and won some money which I used to help fund my Greece trip 🎉 (creative fundraising)

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a mental health practitioner and specialize in something called brainspotting, which helps you deep process emotions that feel stuck. I love to talk /teach/ learn about emotions and strategies of how to feel a little better when you aren’t feeling so great emotionally. I also am a great listener, love to learn about others, and love to provide a safe and compassionate space to talk.

I like to learn about lots of things! And I can share warm energy, curiosity, positivity and kindness.
