ABOUT ME

I am currently an exchange student at the University of Copenhagen from lonely Australia. I have been using couch surfing from the beginning of my exchange in January and the people and experiences I have met and had make me want it more.

I decided many years ago that I think about things too much so these days I tend to try to live in the moment and enjoy everything, down to the small things like a sunny day. And I believe that we feel the way that those around us make us feel, so I always try to smile and make others smile, it is such a simple pleasure.

Otherwise all the normal things, traveling, chocolate, curling up in front of a movie on a rainy day, learning, living, partying and good friends.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love meeting new people from all over the world, creating friendships and networks and being able to travel anywhere and know that there will be a happy face there. So I do my best to provide one here too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I was fortunate enough to be able to host several groups of people last semester and they were all incredible fun to have around and very flexible to the way we lived which I think is important for couch surfers.

I have also couched surfed through Turkey, Hamburg, Munich, Tampere, Sofia and Split and the people I have met, the hospitality they showed me, the places I was shown and the lessons I was taught made it one of the most wonderful experiences I could have ever hoped for.
