About Me

-About me-

I initially tried CS because my friend Nick went across Asia, and said it was a great way to meet people. And hell ya! It's an awesome way to meet different people from many cultures and perspectives right here in my home town. I've met people from France, England, California, Germany, and different parts of Canada like London Ontario/Alberta! It's been an awesome time visiting places, canoeing, and partying with new friends. Thanks for being such nice and positive people!

I am working therapist now. I am completed a Masters in Educational Counseling. That is my passion and dream.

Apart from that, I enjoy keeping busy with quite a few things: volleyball, baseball, basketball, road biking, walking, camping, snowboarding, skating, finding good pubs, road trips (QC, ON, NB, NS).

I'm the kind of guy that is down to earth, enjoys chatting about personal experiences, ideas, adventures, and different philosophies. I am a positive person that likes to joke around. I respect people, and enjoy making them feel comfortable.

The best places I like to go out are all in Ottawa. There's some great pubs (my face is Lieutenants Pump, and some great spots for food like sushi, Mexican, Moroccan, and Italian. And, obviously parliament hill is a cool place to visit some of Canada's historical sites. I ALSO LOVE CAMPING. So if it's nice out, canoeing on a HUGE lake is amazing.

-Philosophy-

Live and let live. Respect and positivity.
Great to meet new people, new ideas. Keep an open mind, and chat away.

-My place-

I actually now have one free guest rooms with a desk, bed, and closet. So, lots of room and privacy there. I used to have roommates, but only one French one right now. As well, I have a very comfortable couch that is firm and is made out of therapeutic foam apparently. There place has lots of room, kitchen, bathroom (laundry stuff there too), computer room, and a small balcony.

I am a very clean person, so I expect the same from the guest :). I believe in the broken glass theory :P (and yes, Rick mentioned it in the latest season of The Walking Dead). So, I believe in not letting it get out of hand.

The place is very close to Ottawa. Near by there is a bus stop that bring you right to downtown Ottawa and past parliament (10 minutes). There are bridges all around, and the Gatineau Casino where they have fireworks in July. Once downtown in Ottawa, there are plenty of things to visit such as the canal, parliament, national arts center, the market (food, bars, pubs, and other goodies), and much more.
