Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I host someone I do my best to make everything as comfortable as possible, when hosted I can help in day to day life, bring some food and drinks, share good moment, music and experiences !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I lived for 2 years in a shared flat in Vienna, with many people coming from many countries, and we hosted couchsurfers from time to time, not especially through any couchsurfing website.
Then I travelled for one month in South and East Australia in 2014, and hosted a few surfers back in Vienna, in my small but nice own private flat !
I went back to Australia last year for 6 months and surfed couches most of the time. I mostly did not find my hosts through this website but rather by meeting wonderful people, who would recommend me to their friends along the way !
After the trip in Australia I traveled for one month in Bali, one month in Vietnam and one month in Thailand, where I met just amazing people !
It was always a very rich and funny experience, I think couchsurfing is the best way to get to know a new place/country/culture ! You get a chance to really share an experience and a piece of life with great people during the journey !
