ABOUT ME

I love to travel, especially when I have the chance to stay with a host family, even though I'm a bit shy and might need a moment to "get going". I'm spontaneous and like to do stuff with my friends like sports, going to the movies or just sitting in a café drinking a nice cup of coffee. My friends are really important to me, I like company, but also enjoy doing stuff on my own from time to time or if no one is available. I love meeting people from all over the world, it is so rewarding and the best education comes from traveling.

I love music, I play the viola and violin in different orchestras, I like to be active outdoors (bike riding, horseback riding, canoeing etc.), but one of my favorite topics is languages. I studied linguistics and try to learn new languages that I know at least the basics, my newest project is to learn Dutch and Arabic.
