About Me

ABOUT ME

Just left my life in Vermont where I had been living on and off for the past six years. I was working in a tea house as well growing and making herbal medicine for the local community as Dancing Root Medicinals.

Now, I am on a journey going across the country by car to meet other healers, artists, nourish my soul, be with nature and see what is next .

PHILOSOPHY

Practicing to lead with love & compassion, finding balance and using intuition and remembering to be humble.

Music, Movies, and Books

Currently reading 'The Toe Bone and the Tooth' by Martin Prechtel

Music: Vetiver, The Congos, Midnite, Vieux Farka Toure, Rising Appalachia, Freddie McGregor, Beach Boys, Nina Simone.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have recently returned from a trip to Peru where I spent about four months working on land in the northern jungle. Learned a lot about the healing plants of that region and permaculture. Worked really hard doing some land restoration and met really incredible people from all over the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have worked/studied at a tea house for about three years so I know quite a bit about camellia sinensis (tea plant), tea ceremony (chanoyu) and gongfu ceremony. I bring looseleaf tea wherever I go and love brewing up a cup for my hosts. I also love to share whatever knowledge I have about medicinal plants and hear what others have to say.

Countries I’ve Visited

Belize, Canada, Ecuador, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Jamaica, Peru

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
