ABOUT ME

My Name is Julia and I currently live in Münster, a really nice city in Germany. I came here about two years ago and I totally love it! Still, I am suffering from itchy feet... This is why I am currently in staying in Costa Rica for some months, to be an intern in a hotel! If I am not travelling, working, somewhere in my Uni, or meeting friends, I am very fond of books,Musicals, the Opera, Art (though the picture I draw myself suck), Theatre, Movies, swimming, climbing, writing, my little sister (I totally adore her) dancing (especially Salsa) and Chocolate

PHILOSOPHY

I think everybody is responsible for what they are, I don't think there is destiny or god or something to show us our way, we have to figure it out by ourselves. I think there is no common sense to life, but we have to find our own. Though I like to argue because I don't know anything for sure!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hostet a couchsurfer of a friend of mine last year. She was really awesome and we a had lot of fun together. We met again in summer last year and now I hope to see her in Costa Rica for spring break...I am looking forward to seeing her again! :-) Besides I stayed in Vienna with Anne,we stayed at Wolfgang's place and had a wonderful new years eve together (we also went to Budapest together and met great people there, too). Altogether my couchsurfing experiences in Vienna, Budapest, Stockholm and Münster were really great. My entire stay in Costa Rica was totally enriched by Oscar, with who I had a great time. Thanks to him I got to know Costa Rica and the actual life there!

I have been a lot lately, especially around Europe, the US and Costa Rica. Besides, I really loved my stay in Egypt, because it was something totally new.
But I guess the craziest thing I have ever done (until now) is hitch hiking to Croatia with Anne (from Münster, Germany), a distance of about 1500 km. It really was a great experience!
