ABOUT ME

If I can sum up 3 words that describe me, its probably: spontaneous, easy going and passionate traveler. I love traveling. I love meeting new friends and visiting new places. I like good humor, warm-hearted and honest people.

I grew up in California, but am a true asian at heart. My dream is to return to China/Asia to work! This year, I plan to attend pharmacy school thus I wish to travel to many places when i have time. :) My favorite things to do: museums, parks, hiking places, biking and all asian food--plus (window) shopping!

Recently visited Tianzifang in Shanghai; I love looking at little cute gadgets, toys, art, postcards and etc. Love taking photos of things, people and places! :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

thanks for CS, i've made so many memories with wide range of friends. One of my favorite experiences was teaching english at Yangshuo for a while in 2011. It was probably the most eye-opening, fun, crazy, unique experience i've had. I met so many good friends and still keep in contact with them. I learned alot about my own culture and language as well. Although from different areas of the world, our common interest for language and friendship really is just amazing!

My 2nd favorite experience is volunteering at a village near beijing with Susan, Richard and Yuan. That was probably the most humbling experience; playing with the children, teaching them i'm a little teapot, being touched by their pure innocence. I really wish I can stay like that forever.

Any experiences with CSers have been beyond amazing.
