I am a former Mental Health Specialist for The Milwaukee County government. I love to travel and give back to the community. My interest in art, dance, history, and religion. I love to travel and study past history and people of a different culture. I love to write, I write poetry, non-fiction, children's books, and some self-help books. I am a former United States Peace Corps Volunteer and I currently work for One World Center as an outreach Coordinator and Teacher. For the rest of my life, I am going to be focus on giving back to the world people and the earth.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on CouchSurfing because I work at One World Center in Dowagiac MI a non-profit organization. with a mission to inspire and empower ordinary people to take action against worldwide poverty and climate change. We address the issues of our time with unique teaching and learning environments that cultivate social change and support our global vision-a sustainable future. We travel to different places around the US helping to improve the conditions of the poor and volunteering. Due to the fact we work on limited funds we need CouchSurfing to help offset our cost of room and board.
