I'm a nomad, traveling slow in a sustainable way and spending quite some time to get to know the places I visit. I begin every day with yoga, and for the rest of my time I mainly flow between connecting with people and nature, expressing myself through music, cooking, dance, writing, arts and ecstatic dance DJ'ing. I'm not a party person in the sense of staying up and drinking - But I love to celebrate! I like to enjoy life, mostly in sober ways - preferably with cacao, dancing and heartfelt connections.

For the most part I am entertained enough by life itself.
If I do watch something I usually steer away from the commercial productions and rather towards inspiring documentaries and artistic short movies.
When I read it's mainly to learn and be inspired in self development. Right now I'm reading "the power of NOW".
The soundtrack of my life come from every corner of the world, and is decided by how I feel in the moment.
