By word of mouth. I met a guy in Napa who was couch surfing and I was intrigued. After looking into it more I have really started to dig it, and I'm excited to explore.

I enjoy all sorts of music and love to see live shows whenever I can. Favorite festival is Jazz fest in NOLA. If you haven't heard of it look it up. So many amazing acts go through that wonderful city, combined with the local talent, and amazing food makes it a perfect mix. Movies depend on the mood. I always love a good comedy, documentary, or cult classic. Books that stand out are The Subterraneans, Wilbur Smith Egypt series starting with River God, The Glass Castle, The Women Who Walked into Doors...I could keep listing books for awhile. Guess I don't have any favorites of anything.
