About Me

I'm a 21 year old girl, who just finished studying greek and latin (geeky, i know) and is now studying at university, where I'm studying English. In my gap-year in 2018 I went around travelling through Asia with my friend from February to June, which was amazing not only because I love to travel but i always wanted to see as much of the world as I can before I get to old.

I currently live in Denmark in Aalborg by myself in a two bedroom apartment not far from my university :-D

I love to read and take photos of both people and nature. I also love to play badminton and have played for 8 or 9 years, unfortunately last year/season was the last year I could play, because I can't practice in my club anymore. That sucks but i'm currently trying to find something else to do. :-)

I tried couchsurfing for the first time in February 2018 in Tokyo Japan. I stayed there for 1 week and it was amazing! the second time was staying with a nice woman in Hong Kong for a week :-) I met a lot of new people that made my journey much more memorable.
To see the great people who hosted me, look at my friends page, Katrine Nissen.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing to meet a lot of people, because I love meeting people, and to learn some more about other cultures.
I feel like you learn a lot more about other cultures by living in the cultures, then just by staying in a hotel or hostel.
I also not the best at finding places, i'm okay if I have a map, but if some could help the chances of me getting lost would probably be smaller :-D
