I grew up in Russia and was reluctant to leave home :) but one day everything changed and I was offered to work abroad. I knew English and I wanted to improve it so I started my traveling path :) Since then I visited many countries and until now keep on exploring new places. Traveling changed me a lot and now I hardly stay at home :) always on a move - new people, new traditions, it is like exploring the whole new world!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It is very interesting to visit new countries, to learn its traditions and the way of life but when you stay in a hotel you are hardly exposed to the real country specifics, you see it with the eyes of tourist and visit the places where most of the tourists go. As for me, I prefer to stay longer in a country to be able to understand it better. With Couchsurfing it became even easier! Now we all have chance to live together with local people, too be fully immersed into the new culture, to see everything from within which is really exciting! :)

Interests

Mostly interested in Yoga - both studying and teaching, learning different types of massage, love learning languages which helps to understand different cultures better :)
