Overview
About Me
Hi ! My name is Julie, I'm 19 and I'm a business school student. I've been staying in a boarding school in the heart of Paris for two years now.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The main thing I've discovered when I traveled on my own is that there is nothing more pleasant than meeting the locals and new faces every time I get somewhere. Each person is so different and we all have something nex to bring. I want to discover the locals by sharing their meal, way of life and have a nice chat. Also I think it's not only a unique exchange, like I'm going to stay at someone's place and I will have all the benefit of it, I'd like to bring some of my French culture in anyway possible.
Interests
I love live music, to me there is nothing more thrilling than going to live events. I also love talking with strangers and meeting new peoples. I'm very passionated about what I'm studying, meaning literature, history, philosophy and English.
I play a lot of sports, especially football and badminton as well

Music, Movies, and Books
I really enjoy "indie bands", the ones that are unknown but share so much feelings through their music. I love good vibes in the music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
As I'm only 19, I haven't got the chance to do crazy things so far ... But last sum I went backpacking with a friend of mine in Ireland and to me, it seems to be quite an amazing thing ! It was really the first time ever I was going without planning too much, staying in hotels or so on.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach a bit of French as I used to study literature for a while.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm not a really good cook, but I try ... I can bake pretty good cakes though :).
Countries I’ve Visited
Belgium, Cambodia, Germany, Ireland, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Wales
